The hotel strikes the perfect balance between a boutique hotel and a contemporary apartment, but fell short with unattended room service and noise disturbances from the street and ventilation shaft adjacent to the bedroom. Easy access to Times Square and friendly staff are the standout features here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel, bigger than I had expected, with its pros and cons depending on preferences. The fantastic location, just half a block from Times Square, was a major highlight for me. However, the noise from the external air return near the hotel was quite bothersome. Overall, a convenient choice, especially for exploring Manhattan due to its proximity to the main attractions.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit dark and noisy, which was a bit depressing, but the washer/dryer in the room was a real plus for us girls. The view along the main window of the building next door was not the best.

The hotel is located conveniently close to Broadway theaters and Times Square, offering a superb location for tourists. The rooms, though slightly smaller than expected, are tastefully decorated with useful amenities like a kitchen and washer/dryer. The service is exceptional, particularly by the friendly front desk staff like Ryan, who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience with a lovely coffee/tea bar was very good, and the facilities met our expectations.
