I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and large, they were too cold even with the heater on, and our TV didn't work well. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, with the staff going beyond their responsibilities to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but the noise level might be bothersome for light sleepers. The dining options were great overall, but some dishes were not to my liking.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and had two separate queen-sized beds, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The service was extremely helpful and courteous, and the staff, while their English varied, were all friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby sites and the Insurgentes Metro Station. The dining experience was above average, offering delicious dishes with a variety of choices. Overall, a great value for money with comfortable accommodations and excellent service.
