Staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Narita was an absolute delight. The hotel offers a fantastic location close to the Narita airport with a convenient free shuttle service. The rooms were not only comfortable but also equipped with an extra power strip, making it the best room we had during our entire trip. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, providing detailed instructions for our journey to Tokyo center. Although the dining experience was decent, it would benefit from more variety in the breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent facilities and a splendid green area surrounding the hotel.
