My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were practical, contained all the amenities but were quite small. However, they were spotlessly clean, perfect for travelers who don't carry a lot of luggage. The service was top-notch, very friendly and helpful staff located just 5 minutes away from Shin-Osaka station. The location was superb, easy to reach the station via the underground exit and accessible to metro, train, and Shinkansen. On the downside, the dining options were limited though the meals were simple and delicious. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
