I found the hotel to be just average for the RM 100 I paid for the night. The location is a significant plus, being right across from Queensbay Mall, which made it convenient for shopping and food. However, there were quite a few drawbacks, such as the cleanliness of the room and the attitude of the night reception staff. If you're looking for a no-frills place just to crash for the night, you might manage, but don't expect much comfort.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The price seemed high for the quality provided, and I found the accommodations lacking. While the staff did allow early check-in when my room was ready, the overall service and noise levels from staff members made my stay less comfortable.
