The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, buses, and St Vincent's hospital. The rooms, although basic, are very clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dining options could be better with more variety. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel rooms were smaller than expected and had a strong smell of bleach and mustiness, making it a bit stuffy. The air conditioning was simple and loud, not matching the pictures provided. The bathroom was dirty, with pubes and old stickers on the tiles, and the window was screwed shut, making it challenging to enjoy the stay.

The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with doors and even helped me to the bus stop with my baggage. However, there were moments when it seemed like the room assignment was a mix-up and needed more attention to detail and care.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, being close enough to the action of Darlinghurst/Surry Hills but far enough for a quiet stay. Nearby attractions like Paddington Markets and Allianz Stadium were easily accessible, offering a mix of eateries, bars, and bookshops.

The dining experience was excellent, with the hotel manager recommending an amazing Sunday morning breakfast spot that opened on time and provided fantastic service. The option for home-made ice cream was a delightful touch.
