The hotel had a few drawbacks like bugs on the walls and a dinghy shoelace used as a bar replacement in the fridge that didn't scream luxury. However, the room overall looked better than previous ones, except for the off-putting bathroom tube. Unfortunately, after being moved to room 412, the television wasn't working; an inconvenience for sure. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with friendly and considerate housekeeping staff allowing a hassle-free late check-out. The location, despite being on a low-rent property, was convenient and close to amenities. The dining experience was above average with a variety of hot food, but a missing cook meant no continental breakfast. As for the facilities, they were decent overall.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the event we were attending, and the staff, particularly Shelby and Steven, were very kind. However, the service was severely lacking as some staff members were rude, made false accusations, and invaded our privacy.
