I had a wonderful week and a half at B&B Nord. The hotel is new and very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It's conveniently close to the U3 train, which made getting to the city center quick and easy. However, the area felt a bit isolated with limited nearby shops or restaurants outside a Turkish spot.
