The hotel is just perfect, in the ideal location for a wonderful stay near Blackpool waterfront and the tower. The rooms are spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, offering everything you would expect and more. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The dining options are varied and delicious, with freshly cooked meals and superb service. The facilities are top-notch, offering a delightful stay for any traveler.

The rooms were advised on arrival so can't complain. They were all equipped with a dressing table and mirror, lovely, very clean, spacious, and had lots of natural light with large windows to let fresh air in, providing everything you would expect.

The hotel room was bright, at the front of the property, and although slightly dated and not as clean as I would have liked, it had decent new clean flooring and tiles. The bathroom was good, but the shower head needs replacing or cleaning; however, considering we were advised on arrival, I can't complain.
