My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were spotless, with a large flat screen TV and plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, making my stay very comfortable. The facilities were great, but the room was a little warm until I turned off the radiator. Overall, it was a clean and comfy experience.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with lots of nice little touches. The service was outstanding, with staff being very hospitable and experienced, making me feel truly welcome. The location was perfect for using the public transport system, and the dining experience was exceptional, with a great variety of choices available. I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities provided and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The hotel has just been finished after a fabulous refurbishment and is nothing like the photos on the internet. The rooms were a bit too hot for us, but they come with nice extras like a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, earbuds, and cotton balls in lovely jars that my young daughter loved. The service was very accommodating and gave us lots of great tips, making us look forward to going back in September.
