The hotel looked like they fired the maintenance guy ten years ago and forgot to hire a new one; the rooms didn't smell good, were very stale and Smokey, and dirty. However, the service was amazing, with proactive communication and helpful gestures. The location was amazing for a quick stay in Orlando, despite being in an impoverished area.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and really comfortable, but if you end up on the street side, don't expect to get much sleep. On the plus side, my non-smoking room with two beds and a balcony was a nice touch.

I couldn't have picked a better spot for my stay. The hotel location was perfect, especially since I was here for an event at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. The rooms, although a bit dated, served their purpose for a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with the breakfast team being incredibly friendly and helpful every morning. However, the neighboring restaurant and the restricted gate at night were minor inconveniences. Overall, a good value for the price.
