Upon arrival, the hotel room was really cold, and unfortunately, the hotel was closed on Sundays and Mondays. The rooms are not very soundproof and had garbage in the drawers. The service, however, was a mix of amazing and not very pleasant, with some instances of cheerful responses and a variety of offered services. The location is great for families, especially kids, making it easy to access Calgary attractions. Dining options were nice but with some drawbacks, like the late start time for meals and limited food selections. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money with access to necessary facilities.

Our stay was incredible! The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, although we did find some garbage on the floor. The hotel provided us with clean and cozy accommodations, featuring 2 queen beds on one side and one queen bed on the other side.

The service was amazing and incredibly hospitable, although check-in took longer due to a mistake despite completing online check-in. I was thrilled to snag one of the very few available rooms at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, but it was a little dusty. The service was impeccable, especially the front desk staff who were kind and very helpful. The location was convenient, close to the airport and not too far from malls and the city center. The dining experience was excellent, and the included food was a great value. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
