The hotel has an amazing sea-front location with fabulous views, but the bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable for me. The service was pleasant, especially housekeeping, making the stay really cozy. The location is unbeatable, right on the Promenade and very close to the tram stop, but it can get a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was delightful with great ingredients, but the prices were slightly on the higher side. The facilities were modern and convenient, but the Wi-Fi was not included and had an additional charge.
