The hotel has a convenient location close to the Morgan Street subway with nearby restaurants, but the noise from early morning truck operations can be disturbing. The rooms are in need of maintenance with stained carpets, missing amenities, and delayed service requests. The dining options are limited, although the American breakfast is typically good. The staff is polite and helpful, ensuring a quiet stay away from street and guest noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet location of the hotel, away from street and guest noise during my stay, and the rooms were really non-smoking as promised. However, the room size was quite small, which was a bit of a drawback.

The staff was accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms without charges, yet they were not very openly friendly. The location was convenient near the Morgan Avenue station, even though the area felt slightly sketchy.
