Arriving at 22:00 hrs after booking 9 months prior, we were disappointed to be informed that our room was overbooked. Despite this, the room itself was very large, which was a big plus. The cleanliness was noticeable, but finding a 'snail' in a pre-wrapped wrapper was off-putting.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I got from out of town was adorable, quiet, and had everything I needed. The timing issue with the room change tomorrow was a downside, but it was still enjoyable overall.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a great home base during my visit to attend a Paul Simon concert. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown and a vibrant food district nearby. However, the dining options were limited, offering only pastries and coffee. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
