I stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony apartment at this hotel last February. The rooms were well-equipped with good quality cookware, glasses, plates, and cutlery, perfect for families seeking modern, clean, and spacious accommodations. The location is superb, right across from Cairn's biggest shopping center and walking distance to the Esplanade and city center. However, the service was disappointing with filthy linen and kitchen areas, a used condom in a drawer, and safety hazards like a light dangling from the ceiling. Despite these issues, the facilities like the spa were not clean. Dining options were limited, but I did have homemade yogurt during my stay.

The apartment was very spacious, ideal for families looking for good-sized accommodation without feeling cramped in a city setting. On the downside, the poor ventilation in the rooms and the clogged exhaust fans in the bathrooms made it feel steamy like a sauna.
