The hotel offers a relaxing stay with beautiful views outside, although the hot water in the shower leaked everywhere. The room was small, and the shower rose was too low for a comfortable shower experience, which was a downside. The service was excellent, especially from the receptionist who managed our needs well. The location is convenient, close to the downtown center and tourist attractions in Cairns. However, the dining options did not include gluten-free dishes. The facilities were basic but served their purpose.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with stunning views from my balcony and all facilities close to the water. The service was top-notch, and the receptionist managed all our needs with great care. The hotel is very close to the centre of downtown, making it super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The dining experience with cured meats was a delightful surprise. However, the only downside was the lack of a pool area.
