The hotel had large, clean, and comfortable rooms, although they didn't match the pictures on the booking site. I found pee on the floor by the toilet as soon as we walked in, which was quite off-putting. However, the bed was so comfy that it made up for it.

The service was exceptional, with staff being incredibly helpful and courteous. The location was convenient, especially for medical appointments at the Health Sciences Centre. The dining experience was good, although some dishes were not up to par. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
