Casa Del Mar Hotel, Norfolk

My stay at the hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The room conditions were poor, causing health issues, but the original cleanliness was satisfactory. The service was friendly with great ocean views. However, the lack of friendliness in some instances was a downside. The location was mostly fantastic, close to the beach, but issues with noisy neighbors affected the experience. The dining experience fell short with limited options. Overall, the physical appearance was appealing, but the presence of dubious individuals was concerning.

I was looking forward to the beachfront location of this hotel, but the experience was marred by noisy renovations in the morning and unclean, moldy rooms that made me sick and ended up in the hospital.
