My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and had a large double and single bed, a shower, a bathtub, and even English channels on the TV if I wanted a relaxing night in. The bathroom was fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable experience. However, there was an unfortunate issue with bed bugs in the room, which was disappointing. Overall, I had a good stay and am keen to return.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, especially Brian and Kim. They offered services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and more.

The location was fantastic, near Pub Street and the night market. I really appreciated the free airport pickup and drop-off. Additionally, the hotel provided a pleasant tuktuk driver who didn't overcharge.

The dining experience was a bit disappointing for the price. Although the food was decent, it was served in plastic containers inside a plastic bag. However, the hotel did offer an option to go to their sister hotel nearby for breakfast.

The hotel had a nice range of facilities including a barbeque option for guests. However, the presence of bed bugs in the room marred an otherwise good experience.
