I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to various dining options. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. However, the dining experience could use some improvement. The price was fair, but it would have been better if Wi-Fi was included rather than requiring an additional fee.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were top-notch with plenty of facilities which made my stay very comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially the housekeeping. The location could not have been better, being right next to the tram stop and a short walk from the north shore, making it super convenient. The dining experience, particularly the gyudon dishes, was delightful. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic facilities.
