The hotel rooms were not up to par, as we had to be changed three times due to broken shower handle and heater issues. There was also a persistent old vacuum cleaner smell with a cover-up of carpet fresh. On the bright side, the service was great and very accommodating. The location, while convenient, was in a questionable area attracting undesirable individuals. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options and peculiar choices in their bags. The facilities were adequate.
