I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, very spacious, and looked nice and modern. The service was exceptional despite encountering some rude staff members. The location was chaotic due to ongoing renovations and a high number of kids, but being next to stores and the water park was convenient. The dining was surprisingly good, and the facilities on-site were well-maintained.
