The hotel offers huge and very comfy rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden, a definite plus, although they can get too warm at night. The service was mostly friendly, with an amazing staff, but some encounters were marred by rudeness when questioned about additional charges. Dining was a mixed experience, from wonderful food in the restaurant to disappointing taste and non-functional air conditioning. The facilities were generally good.
