The service, while lacking consistent mask-wearing, was ultimately helpful and pleasant. However, the dining outlets offered a limited selection with lukewarm food, highlighting the need for improvements. The facility keeps food hot and fresh but could benefit from upgrades for future travelers' enjoyment.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right off the Interstate, making it convenient for out-of-state travelers. However, the room I got was quite disappointing with a strong smoke smell and various maintenance issues. The service was friendly but lacked efficiency, especially during check-in.
