I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was great for accommodating our small family group. We stayed for one night before our flight and again for one night upon our return, during which we parked our car for 10 nights and received complementary airport shuttle service. All the facilities in the room, including bathtubs and sinks, were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and nice, but there was a slight issue when we first arrived due to someone else's belongings still being in the room. The service was somewhat disappointing with wrong updates and busyness overshadowing the generally good customer service. The location was convenient for my needs but had some unexpected issues like the lack of towels and strange choices like leaving the ceiling fans on during winter. The dining experience was decent with good choices. The facilities had a notable incident with a broken AC due to a fallen window pelmet.

The hotel is conveniently located near DFW Airport, local restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable but had a few cosmetic issues. The service was friendly and accommodating, offering a discount for a local restaurant. The dining experience was good, but could use more variety. Overall, a nice stay with good value for money.
