I found my stay at the hotel overall pleasant. The rooms were quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep despite a running toilet issue. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction. The location was convenient for my needs, although the surrounding area didn't seem very safe. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Although the rooms had an offensive smell and the property felt old with its popcorn ceiling, I did manage to get a good night's sleep after figuring out how to deal with the running toilet. It was a surprise to find out it was a suite since I didn't expect Courtyards to have Suites.
