My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is superb, right in front of the Metromall shopping center and very close to the airport, making it convenient for shopping and travel. However, the rooms faced some noise issues, especially with a loud party happening around 6 pm, which was quite bothersome.

The hotel room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, but the noise from a party disrupted my sleep. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although the restaurant failed to cook the steaks as ordered. The location was convenient next to a shopping mall but not outstanding. Dining was on the expensive side, and the traffic to the Panama City was intense. The facilities were generally good, with some treacherous traffic situations and service issues.
