When I arrived at the hotel, the room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector, and the A/C setting was loud and cold, making it hard to adjust when it was late. After talking to the front desk, I was still dealing with a hot room in 333. Despite the initial hiccups, the location was perfect for exploring Universal Studios with a short Uber ride, and I could easily walk to my seminar in just 5 minutes. The hotel's proximity to Target and major shopping centers was convenient, but the dining options could have been more varied and reasonably priced.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located, making it easy to reach my desired destinations. The staff were quite welcoming and helpful, ensuring our stay was pleasant. However, the initial impression at check-in was not as smooth as I hoped, and there is room for improvement in the staff's communication.
