I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Despite the rooms not getting as cold as I wanted and the hint of cheap paint in the lobby construction, the room was clean and smelled fresh, which was a plus. The location was convenient, being a short walk from key spots in NYC, but it took some effort to locate the nearest subway. The staff, however, were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to just coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the room, a letdown for someone looking for a variety of food choices.
