My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room was excellent, but there were cleanliness issues. The service was subpar, with a particularly unwelcoming check-in experience. The location was convenient for my needs but had some concerning aspects. Dining was basic, and the facilities were lacking in some areas.

The hotel's location was excellent, suited my needs perfectly, and was next to the Owl Cafe. The staff provided excellent service, especially from the manager in Albuquerque. However, the check-in lady was not friendly and was not wearing a mask. The rooms were a little outdated with issues like letting water run for 10 minutes despite being in a non-smoking room. Despite these quirks, the hotel's value for money was reasonable.

Although the hotel had some issues like heavy body odor in the rooms and a need for renovation, there were positive aspects such as an easy-to-find location in Albuquerque and proximity to dining options. The service was marred by some members of staff appearing grumpy and unhelpful. The dining experience left much to be desired with cold, limited options. However, the hotel was ideally situated for those attending events in the area.
