The hotel had some drawbacks like facing a building with construction work and having very dark automatic curtains in the room, but overall it was well-designed, spacious, and comfortable. The service was helpful and pleasant, although a bit forgetful at times. The location was excellent, close to the city with terraces, high-level shopping, and historic buildings, as well as the beautiful Alster Lake. The dining experience was good but a bit pricey, and the facilities were satisfactory.
