I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds, and the staff was incredibly helpful. However, there were some issues before my scheduled check-in at 3 pm. The hotel's location was convenient next to various shops, but having to pay for parking was a drawback.

The hotel was comfortable, but just a little dated. The rooms, although spacious and equipped with a refrigerator, unfortunately weren't serviced during my whole stay even though I did not have the do not disturb sign up and I was charged twice for all 3 rooms. The location is perfect for being close to the airport upon departure, and the service was very helpful and great with flexible requests.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location met our needs with its convenience to both the conference center and the airport, the noise from the party in the conference room above was quite disruptive. The rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds, but the proximity to the loud event was inconvenient. The staff, however, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
