My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but the noise level from the TV made it difficult to enjoy. The service was a bit of a letdown due to the overselling of rooms but redeemed by the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient for UAB events but lacked charm. The dining experience was disappointing, driving me to opt for a local Starbucks. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was like any other, but the room with a balcony and city view was very nice and spacious. The staff was super sweet and took care of any issues promptly. The location was great for the activity I came to attend in Birmingham, convenient not just to UAB but to all of downtown Birmingham. The dining experience was good, although a bit pricey. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
