The hotel was decorated to a high standard, and I found my room, as well as the bathroom, very roomy and comfortable. It had a fridge and hospitality items which were a nice touch. While it can get really hot, I managed by keeping the windows open, and the clean bathroom was a definite plus.

The service was exceptional; the staff was not only very polite but also incredibly helpful. They were kind and assisted with anything I needed. The proximity to the city center and beaches made the location even more convenient. While they could improve their evening meal options, the overall experience was great.

The location was ideal for getting around. It was easy to walk to shops and the seafront, and the proximity to the beach was a definite bonus. I felt welcome and would love to return. The hotel's location by the sea and its closeness to Bournemouth were major highlights.

My stay at the hotel was cozy and comfortable on the first floor, offering everything we needed, but could have used a bit of maintenance. The service was fantastic, especially with the extra help to solve difficulties getting there. The location was perfect, just a stone throw away from the seafront and all the restaurants. The dining experience provided excellent value with an abundance of options. The facilities were well-maintained and useful for a relaxing stay.
