I had a lovely stay at this hotel in the Oakland neighborhood of Zone 10. The room was beautiful, but an emergency A/C would have been appreciated. The service was top-notch with helpful and accommodating staff, making me feel like a valued guest. The location in a gated area was extremely safe, perfect for a relaxing trip. The dining experience was good, though not fantastic, and the facilities were convenient for my needs.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms, although extremely spacious, felt super cozy with lots of lovely local decorations. The hotel is located in a very modern mall mostly filled with restaurants, which was a great convenience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very accommodating and friendly, truly making me feel at home. The location, nestled on a hillside overlooking a small river, provided a peaceful retreat undisturbed by traffic noises. The dining experience was good, with several delicious options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
