My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The service was a hit or miss with some staff being rude and unprofessional while others were wonderful, friendly, and informative. The location was good for my specific events but had some issues like a heavy smell of chlorine. The dining was enjoyable but had some limitations. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
