Despite encountering issues with the linens not being changed and having difficulty with the room temperature settings, our stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The service was excellent, although there were some hiccups due to limited staff. The location was convenient for our activities, but a bit off-putting due to being situated across from a funeral home. The dining experience fell short on breakfast offerings, and improvements are needed for timely food orders during afternoon receptions.

The hotel is perfect for families and offers a nice and family-friendly atmosphere with a convenient late checkout time. The rooms are comfortable, especially with the very nice chaise lounge in the living area, but there were unfortunate incidents like the strong cigarette smoke smell and having dead bugs in multiple areas. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though comfortable, could be cleaner and looked slightly different from the photos.
