I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were better than expected concerning the Wifi signal and heater, but the amenities like paper cups and plastic spoons were wasteful and didn't meet the usual standards for a four-star hotel.

The view over Tromso from my room was absolutely amazing. Every night coming back to my clean and warm room felt like a treat, and the breakfast spread was generous. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic for exploring various tours and restaurants, with the added bonus of having a kettle and fridge in the room.
