Although the location was excellent and the staff were friendly, my stay was overshadowed by the disappointing room condition and lack of proper dining options. The hotel's prime location and helpful staff were positive highlights.

The room felt uncomfortably warm, like a bus station. It was small with visible carpet burn marks, missing light shades, and difficulty opening cupboards. Additionally, the absence of a table and chair despite being advertised was inconvenient.

The hotel rooms offered nice space and a clean executive area that met our expectations. However, the room could get uncomfortably hot, and the big screen facing the room occasionally lit up with advertisements. The service, despite some instances of rudeness over my 4 days/3 nights stay and a mix-up at the front desk, ended up being very helpful. The hotel location was excellent, providing easy access to explore NYC from end to end and being right on Times Square without any disturbances in the room. The dining experience was basic, with light snack options, but a personal favorite was the Starbucks coffee, pastry, and fruit combination. The hotel facilities met our needs, although not particularly outstanding.
