The hotel rooms didn't meet our expectations as they were not as advertised, with mismatched furniture that looked like it belonged in a thrift store. The service was lacking in professionalism and communication, with issues in accepting reservations and lack of apology. The location was convenient for my event but had some safety concerns with police activity nearby. The dining options were very limited and not satisfactory, consisting of basic items like cereal and bread. The facilities were below average.
