The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were small and lacked some amenities initially, but they were eventually provided upon request. However, cleanliness was an issue. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating and helpful staff member whom I interacted with. The location was mixed, with safety concerns due to encounters with individuals, but still recommended for others. The dining experience was disappointing, offering very limited options. Overall, a stay with both positive and negative aspects.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and up to date in appearance, but because they overbooked, my family had to be split into two rooms, which was inconvenient. The rooms could use some tender loving care to improve overall.

After a long night of business and stress, the small and dirty room with a leaking shower left a huge puddle outside the bathroom door. The reception area was the first thing I noticed upon check-in. The service, while friendly, denied my request for a refund and cut off further conversation. The location, though small, was convenient to food and offered quick access to and from the downtown stadium. The dining experience, at Old Mecklenberg Brewery, fell short of expectations with a limited 'to-go' breakfast and inconsistent homemade pastries.
