Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Biltmore, Phoenix

Staying at this hotel was a great surprise! The rooms are like mini apartments, and to our surprise, fairly stylish with big and comfy beds. The location is definitely ideal, with a kitchenette and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need. However, some service aspects could be improved, and the dining experience was a bit lacking.

I stayed in a spacious suite that accommodated my family of 4 and our puppy. The room had a lingering food smell due to the possibility of cooking inside and a basic breakfast offering. The location was fantastic for accessing nearby businesses, food options, and shopping without feeling congested like downtown areas. Our dining experience consisted of packaged breakfast items in the room, which could use improvement.
