My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was not up to par with hair in the beds and broken dresser drawers. It would have been nice to have more pillows available. There was also an issue with the refund process taking a couple of days. On the positive side, the location was good for the event I attended, and it was convenient to the airport. However, the room could have been cleaner to truly enhance the experience.

The hotel didn't meet my expectations overall. The room was subpar with various issues such as stains, broken items, and lack of essentials, alongside an unpleasant odor and a leaking window. The price I paid was quite high, including a parking fee and a deposit, with slow refund procedures affecting our special celebration plans.
