I had to downgrade to a smaller double bed room due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The room looked clean, but it felt damp because of the rain and there was noise from above. I wished it was closer to things to do during my stay.

The location is excellent with lovely trees, green grass, and a communal park/picnic area. It's convenient to many fast-food eateries and restaurants, making it a safe location for a run.
