The hotel room I stayed in, while doing work for the Kamloops Hospice Society, was clean, large, and comfortable. The service, without any intervention by hotel staff, was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. The location was just right in Kamloops. The dining experience, other than free breakfast, was a bit of a challenge. The facilities offered were good overall.
