Hotel Feliz, Palma de Mallorca

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic in terms of cleanliness and amenities, but the lack of soundproofing was a downside. The service was exceptional, but the location was a bit far out, though convenient for our needs. The dining was of high quality, and the facilities were great overall.

The hotel had clean and modern rooms with a big fridge that kept water and wine chilled but was noisy due to the road throughout the night. The service was faultless, although the noise from a machine at night disrupted the peace. The location, though in need of some TLC, was excellent for using public transport and exploring Palma. The dining experience was top-notch with a good buffet and vegan options. Facilities were overall well-maintained and enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic room I was given. It was spotlessly clean, with nice fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The large terrace with sunloungers, chairs, and tables was a great bonus. However, the room being on the roof was a bit smaller than I expected, and the smell of incense through the AC unit gave me an instant headache.
