The hotel room was absolutely beautiful and huge, with a very comfortable bed and nice amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. It was clean and comfortable overall, but the pillows were a bit hard. The service was very friendly and accommodating; they even moved us to another awesome room when needed. The location was close enough to the subway with good bus service, but the surrounding neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. The dining experience was not the best, with limited options and a repetitive menu. The hotel facilities were decent, with nice extras like dry cleaning and a free airport shuttle.
