My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, probably recently renovated, with nice amenities like coffee/tea making facilities and a spacious bathroom. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, disappearing for one day during our 4-day stay. The service was very helpful, although there was a slight inconvenience at check-in. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the subway station, making it convenient to explore the city easily. The dining experience was okay, but it would have been better with breakfast included. Overall, a good value for money through my Cathy Pacific holiday package.
