My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. On the bright side, the location was superb, just a 5-minute walk from all the buzz of Little Italy with its bars and restaurants. On the downside, the room had a terrible musty smell that made me think twice about returning. The nights also turned out to be quite noisy, and the pictures didn't match reality.

The room had a terrible musty, mildewed smell, which would be the main reason not to stay there again. The laptop didn't work well, and it was nothing like the picture. It got really loud at night and wouldn't turn off.

With the exception of Ashley whom we met on our first night, the staff were VERY welcoming and nice. They did put out some parts of breakfast earlier, but oddly, some days had a full breakfast while others lacked even coffee. Overall, they looked so attractive.

The location is really good, just a 5-minute walk from Little Italy's bars, restaurants, and Trolley service. Sadly, I didn't realize it's by the freeway, which was a major downside.

The dining experience was simple but sufficient to start the day. The yogurt from disposable plastic plates was appealing, but the variety was lacking.

The facilities were okay and very near to the airport. The hotel was cool and walkable in Little Italy.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a nice TV and robes hanging in the closet. However, there were automated messages and inaccurate information that could be bothersome. The location was central to most attractions, but the toilet in the room was very loud throughout the night.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were great people, but I did encounter an incident where they rented a bunk to a homeless person.

The hotel is centrally located to most attractions and just a 5-minute walk from Little Italy's bars, restaurants, and trolley service. However, it is surrounded by highway, railroad, and planes above, making it quite noisy.

The dining options were okay with only some cereals, milk, and muffins available. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was poor, but the food was filling and good enough.
